• Software code and algorithms
• User interface designs and layouts
• Documentation and help materials
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Patents and trade secrets

are owned by Covenant Labs, LLC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

When you submit content through our Applications (such as service requests, comments, or attachments):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, process, and store your content
• You represent that you have the right to submit such content
• You agree not to submit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of our Applications, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Application in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Covenant Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through our Applications

12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Applications ceases immediately.
